I'm Dayshawn Taylor

My name is Dayshawn Taylor, and I am a certified personal trainer and HIIT specialist. I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. 


I earned my Bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Activity Management, where I learned the importance of staying active and the benefits it has for our overall health. I am also certified in CPR and AED, which allows me to provide a safe environment for my clients while they workout.


My journey in fitness started when I was younger and my curiosity grew as I continued playing sports. After college I learned more about the importance of exercise and the benefits it can have in our lives. As I continued to learn more, my passion to share what I’ve learned with my community and the world grew. I used fitness as an outlet to improve my mental and physical health. Through hard work and dedication, I was able to transform my body and gain confidence in myself. 


I know firsthand how challenging it can be to start a fitness journey, but I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, I can tailor a program to fit your specific needs and help you achieve your fitness goals.


I am dedicated to providing my clients with the tools and knowledge they need to live a healthy and active lifestyle. My training style is based on functional movements, high-intensity interval training, and strength training. I believe in pushing my clients to their limits while keeping safety as a top priority.


In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cycling, and reading. I believe in practicing what I preach and living a balanced lifestyle.
