I’m Dayshawn Taylor, a college graduate from South Carolina State with Bachelor's of Science in physical education, a certified personal trainer and HIIT specialist dedicated to helping busy professionals transform their bodies, energy, and confidence.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to start—or restart—a fitness journey. That’s why I’ve built my coaching around clarity, efficiency, and results. I am a personal trainer and life coach, with experience in helping others achieve their own healthy unique lifestyle. My background in personal development, nutrition, and fitness training has my clients looking better and more importantly, feeling better. I consider myself “a life long student” and am eager to continue building on my foundation of knowledge in physiology and psychology.
