Dayshawn Taylor is a personal trainer and life coach, with experience in helping others achieve their own healthy unique lifestyle. His background in personal development, nutrition, and fitness training has his clients looking better and more importantly, feeling better.
His passion for fitness is fueled by understanding and guiding each client to become the best version of themselves. He loves helping others achieve their goals and keeps you accountable along the way. He considers himself “a life long student” and is eager to build on his foundation of knowledge in physiology and psychology.
Dayshawn’s hunger for discipline and development to change lives for the better has contributed to his most recent success at QuickHit Fitness Labs. There, he was able to make an impact helping clients lose weight, build lean muscle mass and improve their functionality.
In his department he improved results by implementing strategies to help overcome self doubt and limiting beliefs. Dayshawn knows, and believes that anyone can achieve their own health and fitness goals with the proper plan, dedication, and consistency. A principle he lives out through his interest in personal development, meditation, nutrition, and exercise.
Dayshawn is currently working as the personal trainer in the fitness center and is motivated and eager to improve lives.
